Box, papers and extra bracelet links all help, and the original papers should match the watch.
Check the case lines and the dial
Patek cases are finished by hand, so the bevels and the contrast between brushed and polished surfaces should look deliberate.
Know what each line asks of you
On a Nautilus or Aquanaut, check the bracelet or strap, the clasp action and the alignment of the case and bracelet.

Do you keep Patek Philippe watches in stock?
A small number, and the selection changes. The best way to find out what is here today is to look at the current listings or call the desk on (213) 373-4424. If what you want is not here, ask us to source it.
Can you find a specific Patek reference?
That is what the special order service is for. Send the reference and your budget, and the desk replies with a quote. Nothing is paid before price and availability are confirmed. After payment, expect 7-10 business days. Special orders are final sale unless the watch is defective or not as described.
What comes with a Patek from you?
Every watch we sell comes with a 2-year store warranty on the movement (ours, not the manufacturer's), a MyLuxApp-certified written appraisal and a presentation box. Shipping is free, insured and overnight on orders of $1,000 and over, with a signature required.
Can I return it?
Unworn in-stock pieces can be returned: you have 7 days from delivery to start a return. Special orders, which are references we source after you ask, are final sale unless defective or not as described.
Can I trade a Rolex toward a Patek?
Yes. Trade credit applies to any watch we sell. Send us the Rolex through the sell page, take the firm offer, and apply the full agreed value toward the Patek. You can also take cash instead.
Why do Patek references get discontinued, and why does it matter to a buyer?
Patek retires a reference when it updates a line and introduces a new one. A retired reference cannot be ordered new, so pre-owned or a sourced piece is the way to get one. It also means you should confirm the exact reference, dial and bracelet, because a name like Nautilus has covered several different watches.
How can I pay?
By card (a 3.5% fee applies, and a lower wire price is shown beside it), bank wire or crypto, which the desk handles directly with you. Affirm and Klarna are available on eligible orders.
