My Watch Dealer is an independent, third-party retailer of pre-owned and unworn luxury watches and accessories. We are not an authorized dealer for, and are not affiliated with, Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Panerai or any other brand we reference. All trademarks and product imagery rights remain with their respective owners; brand names are used only to describe the items we sell.
We work to describe and price every item accurately, but errors can occur. Prices and availability can change without notice, and listing an item is an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer. Where both are shown, the bank-wire price applies to wire payments and the card price includes the card processing fee (typically 3.5%). We reserve the right to correct errors, limit quantities, or decline or cancel an order — including after it is placed — and to refund you in full if we do.
Every watch is inspected and verified by our specialists before it ships. Unless expressly stated, watches are pre-owned or unworn and are serviced/warranted by us, not by the original manufacturer; any remaining manufacturer warranty is not guaranteed. Condition, box and papers are described per listing — ask us to confirm details before you buy.
We accept bank wire and major payment methods including card (processed securely by our payment providers, such as Stripe) and, where offered, other methods shown at checkout. For your protection we may verify your identity and billing details, or ship only to the billing address, on higher-value orders. Title passes to you on full cleared payment. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required.
Orders ship free, fully insured and signature-required per our Shipping & Delivery policy. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy, which is incorporated into these terms — in summary, approved returns and exchanges are settled as store credit, with exchanges available within 7 days on unworn items in original condition.
Offers to buy, sell or trade are estimates until we physically inspect and authenticate the item; final offers are subject to that inspection. Trade-in credit is applied as a post-tax payment line at checkout, not a pre-tax discount. You represent that any item you sell or trade is your lawful property, free of liens, and accurately described.
You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems. Site content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties not expressly stated here, and our total liability arising from a transaction will not exceed the amount you paid for the item at issue. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
