Questions
Do you keep a Patek Philippe Nautilus in the case?
Occasionally, and the selection changes. Most Nautilus watches here are special orders: you choose the reference, we quote it, and it arrives in 7-10 business days after payment.
How does a special order work?
Pick the Patek Philippe Nautilus you like and ask for a quote. After you approve price and availability and pay, expect 7-10 business days. Special orders are final sale unless the watch is defective or not as described.
Why do I need the exact reference?
A name like Nautilus has covered several different watches. The reference confirms the case metal, dial and version, so check it against the papers and the caseback.
What comes with a Patek Philippe from you?
A 2-year store warranty on the movement (ours, not the manufacturer's), a MyLuxApp-certified written appraisal and a presentation box. Shipping is free, insured and overnight on orders of $1,000 and over, with a signature required.
Can I return it?
Unworn in-stock pieces can be returned: you have 7 days from delivery to start a return. Special orders, which are references we source after you ask, are final sale unless the watch is defective or not as described.
How can I pay?
By card (a 3.5% fee applies, and a lower wire price is shown beside it), bank wire or crypto, which the desk handles directly with you. Affirm and Klarna are available on eligible orders.
Can I see a watch in person?
Yes, by appointment at our downtown Los Angeles jewelry district desk, Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm Pacific. Call (213) 373-4424 or write to sales@mywatchdealer.com.
Can I trade a watch toward a Patek Philippe Nautilus?
Yes. Trade credit applies to any watch we sell. Send yours through the sell page, take the firm offer, and apply the full agreed value toward the Patek Philippe Nautilus. You can also take cash instead.
Downtown Los Angeles, by appointment. Mon–Fri 10am–6pm Pacific.
