What shapes your offer
The exact Black Bay
The Black Bay family includes the 41mm Black Bay, the smaller Black Bay 58, the GMT and the chronograph.
Our value floor
We buy watches valued at $2,000 or more.
Bracelet, strap and clasp
The original bracelet with its clasp, and any extra strap that came with the watch, add to a complete piece.
Condition of case and bezel
Look at the bezel insert, the crystal and the sides of the case.
Before you send it
- Do not polish, clean or service the watch before sending it.
- Gather the box, warranty card, booklets and receipts, and photograph them together.
- Take daylight photos of the dial, bezel, both sides of the case, the clasp and the case back.
- Write down the exact model name and the reference from the papers or case.
- Keep any links you removed, and any extra strap that came with it.
Your full offer becomes credit toward any watch we sell.
How trade-in worksQuestions
Do you buy Tudor watches?
Yes, when they are valued at $2,000 or more. Send the model, reference, condition, box and papers, photos and your asking price. A dealer replies with a firm offer, usually the same business day.
Will you take my Black Bay if it is below your floor?
We look at each Tudor individually, because values vary by reference. If it is below $2,000, a dealer will tell you honestly that it is outside what we can buy.
Does it matter which Black Bay I have?
Yes. The Black Bay, the Black Bay 58, the GMT and the chronograph are different watches. Tell us the exact name, size and bezel color so the dealer can reply properly.
What if I lost the box or papers?
A missing box or papers changes the offer because the next buyer has less to go on. It usually does not end the conversation. Tell us exactly what you have.
Is the offer final before you see the watch?
The dealer means the offer, but it is indicative until the watch is inspected on our bench in Los Angeles. If it matches your description, the offer stands.
Can I trade it toward another watch?
Yes. Take cash, or apply the full agreed value as trade credit toward any watch we sell. The desk confirms payment details with you.
Do you buy older Tudor Submariners?
Yes, when they are valued at $2,000 or more. Originality is the question, so photograph the dial, hands, bezel insert and case sides, and tell us what has been replaced.
