1Inspected before it ships

Nothing ships until our specialists have inspected it on our own bench and confirmed it is what we say it is.

We are an independent dealer. Our inspection is ours. It is not a manufacturer's check.

2A written appraisal with every watch

Every watch we sell, in stock or special order, comes with a MyLuxApp (MLA)-certified written appraisal and a My Watch Dealer presentation box. It also carries our 2-year store warranty.

The appraisal is a document about the watch you bought. It is yours to keep for your records and for insurance.

3What the words on a listing mean

Box and papers, box only, papers only and watch only describe the original manufacturer's box and papers. They do not describe the presentation box and appraisal we add to every watch.

Pieces marked Custom / aftermarket have been modified outside the manufacturer and are not in original factory condition. We say so on the listing.

4If a watch is not what the listing said

Tell us within 7 days of delivery. Once the watch is back with us, we verify it. Then we refund every dollar you paid to your original payment method, and we cover the return shipping. This applies to special orders too.

5Authenticity refund

If a qualified independent watchmaker confirms in writing that a watch we sold you is not authentic, we refund you in full, including the shipping you paid.

There is no time limit. The refund is for the original purchaser. You ship the watch back to us insured, and we cover that return shipping.
