When you browse, contact us or buy, we may collect: your name, email, phone and shipping/billing address; order details and correspondence; and, for buy/sell/trade or appraisal requests, the watch details you provide. We collect limited technical data automatically (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) to run and secure the site. We do not store full payment-card numbers — card and wire payments are processed by our payment providers (for card payments, Stripe), who handle your card data under their own security and privacy terms.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — payment processors, shipping/insurance carriers, email delivery, fraud-prevention and IT providers — and only as needed to perform their service, and with authorities where required by law. If you submit a buy/sell/trade or order request, your details are recorded in our order and inventory systems so our desk can respond.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to access and delete it, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — noting that we do not sell your information.
