1What we buy

We buy and take in trade only watches valued at $2,000 or more. Single pieces or whole collections are fine.

2What to send us

Use the sell form and tell us about the watch. If you want trade credit instead of cash, say so in the notes.

  • Brand and model or reference number
  • Condition
  • Whether you have the box and papers
  • Your asking price (required)
  • Photos

3Your offer

A dealer reviews your submission and replies with a firm offer, usually the same business day. There is no obligation to accept.

An offer made from photos and a description is indicative until the watch has been inspected and authenticated on our bench.

4Getting the watch to us

Send it on a prepaid insured label, or bring it to our downtown Los Angeles jewelry district desk by appointment, Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm Pacific.

Free insured overnight shipping is included on watch values of $1,000 and above. When the watch arrives, we inspect it on our bench in Los Angeles.

5Cash or trade credit

Take cash, or apply the full agreed value as trade credit toward any watch we sell. The desk confirms payment details with you.

6When you are paid

We pay by wire or check on the same business day you approve the final offer.

7How trade credit works

The full agreed value of your watch goes toward any watch in our inventory. We handle both legs of the shipping, so you do not need to arrange separate insured shipping each way.

Trade-in credit is posted at checkout as a payment line after tax. It is never a discount before tax.

8If you decline the final offer

If you decide not to accept the final offer after inspection, we return the watch to you insured, at our cost.

9What you confirm to us

When you sell or trade a watch to us, you confirm that it is yours to sell, that no lien or outstanding finance sits against it, and that you have described it truthfully.

10Want a written value first?

A MyLuxApp appraisal gives you a written valuation before you commit to any transaction. See the appraisal page.
