What shapes your offer
Case material
Ceramic, titanium, steel and Hublot's own gold alloys, King Gold and Magic Gold, are valued very differently from one another.
Limited and special editions
The tail of a reference, the letters after the main code, often names an edition or a partnership.
Size and shape
Hublot has made the Big Bang from small 33mm steel cases up to 45mm and more.
Ceramic and sapphire condition
Ceramic resists scratches but can chip at edges, and a chip cannot be polished out.
Before you send it
- Photograph the full reference on the caseback and the serial number, plus the dial.
- Do not try to polish ceramic, clean a rubber strap with solvents or swap in a non-original strap.
- Do not service it or open the case before sending.
- Gather the box, papers, spare straps, edition card and any service paperwork.
- Be open about chips, scratches and strap wear.
Your full offer becomes credit toward any watch we sell.
How trade-in worksQuestions
Which Hublot watches do you buy?
We make offers on Hublot watches valued at $2,000 or more. That covers Big Bang, Classic Fusion, Spirit of Big Bang, Square Bang and Masterpiece models, in ceramic, titanium, steel or gold.
Do you buy a Hublot without box and papers?
Yes. Tell us what is missing when you send the details. The box and papers help the offer, and their absence is taken into account, but it does not rule a watch out.
Does a worn rubber strap lower the offer?
A worn strap is noted, along with the clasp. Please do not replace it with a non-original strap before sending, because an original strap in honest condition is easier to value.
I added diamonds or a custom finish. Can I still sell it?
Tell us at the start. Factory-set pieces and aftermarket work are judged differently, and the offer reflects which one you have. Clear photos of the bezel and the case help.
How do you decide the offer from photos?
A dealer reviews your reference, photos, condition and asking price, and replies with an offer, usually the same business day. It is indicative until the watch is inspected on our bench.
Can I use the value as trade credit?
Yes. After inspection you can apply the full agreed value as trade credit toward any watch we sell, or take cash. The desk confirms payment details with you.
How do I get the watch to you?
Use a prepaid insured label, or bring the watch to the downtown Los Angeles desk by appointment, Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm Pacific.
Am I obliged to accept?
No. You send the details and we reply with an offer. There is no obligation to accept it.
Downtown Los Angeles, by appointment. Mon–Fri 10am–6pm Pacific.
