Every order from My Watch Dealer ships fully insured and signature-required. Here is exactly how, when and where we ship.

Free, fully insured overnight shipping

Shipping is free on every U.S. order. We ship via FedEx or UPS using overnight or priority service, with full insurance covering the item’s value in transit and an adult signature required on delivery. High-value pieces may ship with additional carrier security at our discretion. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves our desk.

Processing times

Most in-stock orders are inspected, packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of cleared payment. Bank-wire orders ship once the wire has posted; card and other cleared payments ship on the same schedule. Special or sourced-to-order pieces, engraving, sizing or custom work add lead time — we confirm the estimate with you before we begin.

Signature, insurance & safe delivery

For your protection, packages cannot be left without a signature and we do not ship to freight-forwarders or unverified addresses. We may ask to verify billing and shipping details, or ship only to the card’s billing address, on higher-value orders. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, our insurance covers it — contact us right away and do not discard any packaging.

Where we ship

We ship throughout the United States. International shipping may be available for select orders on a case-by-case basis, fully insured, with the buyer responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees.
