How your watch gets from our desk to your door: fully insured, signed for on arrival, and free on orders of $1,000 or more.
U.S. orders of $1,000 or more ship free; orders under $1,000 ship at a flat $55, fully insured. We send with FedEx or UPS on overnight or priority service, insured for the full value of the watch while it’s in transit, and every parcel needs an adult signature to be released. On higher-value pieces we may add extra carrier security at our discretion — that costs you nothing. The moment your watch leaves the desk, a tracking number lands in your inbox.
In-stock watches are checked over, packed and out the door within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Paying by bank wire? It ships the day the wire posts. Cards and other cleared methods run on the same 1–2 day clock. Anything that needs sourcing, sizing, engraving or custom work takes longer — we give you a firm estimate before we start, not after.
No signature, no drop: couriers won’t leave a watch unattended and neither will we. We don’t ship to freight-forwarders or to addresses we can’t verify. On larger orders we may confirm your billing and shipping details, or ship only to the billing address on file. If anything arrives lost or damaged, the insurance covers it — tell us right away and keep every piece of packaging.
We ship coast to coast across the United States as standard. International orders are handled one at a time, fully insured, with any duties, taxes and customs fees down to you as the buyer. If you’re abroad, email [email protected] before ordering and we’ll price it and confirm we can reach you.
