Questions
How do I sell my watch to you?
Use the sell form and tell us the brand, the model and reference, the condition, whether you have the box and papers, and your asking price, with photos. A dealer replies with a firm offer, usually the same business day. There is no obligation.
Why do you ask for my asking price?
It tells the dealer what you have in mind, so the reply can be a firm offer that fits. Our minimum value is $2,000, because we buy and sell only watches at that level.
Is the offer final?
An offer made from photos and a description is indicative until the watch is inspected on our bench in Los Angeles. You are under no obligation to accept.
How do I get my watch to you?
Send it on a prepaid insured label, or bring it to the desk by appointment. We inspect it on our bench in Los Angeles.
How do I get paid?
You can take cash or apply the full agreed value as trade credit toward any watch we sell. The desk confirms the payment details with you once the watch has been inspected.
Is it worth selling my Rolex to a dealer?
A dealer offers a quick, direct sale. You get an offer without listing the watch yourself and without meeting strangers. If you are unsure, send us the details and compare our firm offer with any other you receive.
Can I sell a Rolex to a pawn shop instead?
You can, but a pawn shop is set up mainly to lend against items, not to deal in luxury watches. If you want to sell, ask for a firm offer from a watch dealer as well, and weigh the two side by side.
How does trade-in work?
Tell us about the watch you have through the sell form. When the dealer's offer is agreed and the watch is inspected, you can apply the full agreed value as credit toward any watch we sell, or take cash.
Say so in the form. Your full offer becomes credit toward any watch we sell.
