1How it works today
We do not have standing hold terms. If you need time to send a wire, ask the desk. A listing alone does not reserve a watch, because stock and availability can change before an order is accepted.
A piece is held for you only when the desk confirms the hold in writing. Until then, nothing is held.
2If you are paying by wire
The desk confirms availability and sends you a wire invoice with payment instructions. Timing varies by bank and by transfer type. If you have questions about timing, or about what happens if a wire is delayed, contact the desk. The team responds the same business day whenever possible.
Your watch ships the day the wire posts.
3Special orders
For special orders, no payment is taken before price and availability are confirmed with you. See Special orders and pre-orders.
4Free 24-hour hold
Once we send you a wire invoice, we hold the watch for you for 24 hours. The hold is free, and you do not pay a deposit.
If the wire has not posted when the 24 hours end, the hold ends and the watch goes back on sale.
5If you leave a deposit
If you choose the deposit option to hold a piece, we refund the deposit in full. The one exception is if you cancel after we have started a special order.

Can you hold a watch for me while I send a wire?

Does a listing reserve the watch for me?
No. Stock and availability can change before an order is accepted. Ask the desk if you need time.
Do I pay anything before a special order is confirmed?
No. We confirm price and availability with you before any payment is taken.
When does my watch ship after I wire funds?
It ships the day the wire posts.
