The base here is a Rolex Date 15200: 34mm, sapphire crystal, smooth bezel, one of the most liquid steel references Rolex ever made. Plenty trade, prices are well understood, and condition is what separates a quick sale from a slow one. That's the reference. This is not that watch.
This one's been taken somewhere else. Steel with a PVD coat, a custom camo stick dial, a painted leather band. That's a deliberate build, and the market reads it as such. A stock 15200 sells to almost anyone; a customized one sells to the person who wants exactly this. Smaller pool, but a real one, and that buyer tends to pay up for a clean, coherent execution over a half-measure.
